Pastor Richmond F. Stephens hold Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Biblical Studies from the University of Cape Coast and the Christian Leadership University, USA (Ghana Campus respectively. He further obtained Master’s degree in Divinity from the Christian Leadership University (CLU) USA (Ghana Campus). He currently works in the Desert Pastures as the Pastor in charge of Music and the Deputy Technical Director and an IT Manager for the Pneuma Institute.
