LecturerThis course provides a basic understanding of the functions, concepts and techniques of financial management for churches. It is designed to equip learners with the tools and techniques for managing church finances. This course discusses basic bookkeeping, internal controls, capital budgeting and short-term financial planning, and preparation and interpretation of financial statements for churches. Through lectures, case studies, and hands-on projects, learners will develop skills for designing financial plans, interpreting financial statements for decision making and evaluating capital projects for churches.
